SWAN Affiliates Invited to Join SWAN Farm Show Exhibit
The 104th Pennsylvania Farm Show will take place January 4 - 11, 2020 at the Farm Show Complex and Expo Center. The Farm Show is attended by more than 100,000 people each year and offers a unique opportunity to recruit foster and adoptive families. SWAN will have a display, and OCYF invites all SWAN affiliates to join in staffing the booth each day. The SWAN display has an iPad to view waiting children, information about the adoption process, SWAN family packets, and other adoption materials.
OCYF and the SWAN prime contractor are asking for your partnership to assist with staffing the booth. Time slots are booked in four-hour increments, although you may have the full day if you choose or sign up for multiple days. If you sign up to help staff the booth, you are encouraged to bring along your agency display and information about adoption and foster care.
Please, consider this great opportunity for maximum exposure to a large audience. If your agency is interested in staffing the booth, please contact Jennifer Casner-Hockenberry. Affiliates will need to provide the names of those staffing the booth, agency name, phone number and email address. Admission is free and parking costs will be reimbursed through Family Design Resources (FDR).
