Supporting the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare's Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network, Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries in partnership with Family Design Resources provides services and support to Pennsylvania children and families:

Managing referrals from county children and youth agencies
Contracting with private agencies that work with counties to
      provide direct services to children and families
Providing consultation and training for county agencies and private       providers
Providing conferences and regional meetings
Managing support services to enhance the network
