Description

This meeting will focus on SWAN Portal workflows for incremental billing implementation. Participants will be engaged in discussions to help inform portal functionality related to withdrawals, outcome-based invoicing, and supervisor approval workflows. Participants will also receive an update on the implementation timeline.

The meeting is open to staff from affiliate agencies, with a particular focus on agency leadership responsible for overseeing SWAN service delivery and invoicing.
