Description

A SWAN Units of Service meeting for post-permanency services will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 

This meeting will focus on reviewing the recommended updates to the Case Advocacy Supportive Service Monthly Report and obtaining network feedback about the proposed changes. 

The meeting is open to all post-permanency staff with a particular focus on agency leadership responsible for overseeing post-permanency service delivery.
