Description

A SWAN Units of Service meeting for Post-permanency will be held on March 18, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. 

This meeting will continue the discussion regarding the new Respite Guidelines. This will be a follow-up from the Units of Service meeting held in November 2024. With tax time approaching, this meeting will provide information on the Adoption Tax Credit for 2024. We will also address helping families renegotiate their subsidy agreement.
