Bulletin Highlights Rate Changes for 2023-24
On June 28, 2023, the Office of Children Youth and Families, Department of Human Services released Bulletin #3350-23-01 - SWAN Rates and Programmatic Changes, which modified unit of service payment rates. The programmatic changes outlined in previous SWAN Unit of Service Payment Rates and Programmatic Changes bulletins remain in effect. SWAN affiliate agencies were notified by the SWAN prime contractor on the same day.

Rate adjustments for SWAN units of service are determined by OCYF annually, and established rates are based upon actual time and data submitted by SWAN affiliate agencies to the SWAN prime contractor.
