Taplink is a statewide website of adoption competent health care providers across the state.

A major frustration for resource families is locating a mental health provider that truly understands adoption and foster care issues.  As families seek mental health services, therapeutic counseling, family counseling and in-home and residential services, they must be confident that therapists and other service providers understand the unique mental health issues that adopted children and their families face.  Taplink believes that by assisting families in meeting the mental health needs of their children, we promote the health and well-being of the family adoptive, foster, and kinship family. http://pa.taplink.org/
